Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
- Supervising face trainers, monitoring daily operations and quality to ensure service excellence.
- Ensure SOP s are consistently implemented including but not limited to concept explanation, rules & regulations, upselling, tools and products.
Scheduling:
- Organizing and monitoring the schedules of subordinate staff, optimizing staff and service availability.
- System and Reporting: Proficiently using the system to ensure team competence and produce monthly reports for management to provide insights and performance analysis. - Keep track of churned and retained clients.
- Face Training: Perform face workouts when needed
HR & Recruitment:
- Participating in the recruitment of new members of the team.
- Handle onboarding of staff and perform various HR related duties as per the operations needs
- Marketing: Perform marketing related activities, coming up with marketing strategies to increase revenue
- Revenue Increase
Stock:
- Keep track of stock by ensuring stock takes are done in a timely manner and counter checking the stock counts.
Studio Supervision:
- Ensure studio is well maintained, everything is in place and ready to receive clients
Customer Satisfaction:
- Ensuring that guests have a positive and memorable spa experience, which includes excellent customer service and high-quality treatments.
- Collecting and analyzing guest feedback to make adjustments and improvements in service delivery.
Revenue Generation:
- Maximizing spa revenue through effective marketing, pricing strategies, and upselling of services and products.
Cost Control and Cash flow management: - Managing expenses, such as staffing, supplies, and maintenance, to ensure the spa operates within budget.
Quality Assurance:
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality throughout the spa.
Continuous Improvement:
- Identifying areas for improvement in spa operations and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Risk Management:
- Mitigating risks associated with spa operations, such as accidents or client dissatisfaction.
