Duties and Responsibilities:
Staff Management:
Supervising face trainers and host(s), monitoring daily operations and quality to ensure service excellence.
Ensure SOP s are consistently implemented.
Health and Safety:
Ensure high hygiene standards, health and safety protocols are maintained as per local requirements.
Scheduling:
Organizing and monitoring the schedules of subordinate staff, optimizing staff and service availability.
System and Reporting:
Proficiently using the system to ensure team competence and produce monthly reports for management to provide insights and performance analysis.
Keep track of churned and retained clients.
Recruitment:
Participating in the recruitment of the team as per the company procedures.
Human Resources:
Handle onboarding of staff, manage training plans, and perform various HR related duties as per the operations needs
Marketing:
Perform marketing related activities (taking photos and videos for social media, executing the printing of packages for events, coordinating with influencers, videographers, adapting newsletter, etc.)
Stock:
Keep track of stock by ensuring stock takes are done in a timely manner and counter checking the stock counts.
