Job description

As part of the development of its activities and the strengthening of its teams, the Mövenpick Hotel Mansour Eddahbi Marrakech is recruiting a Studio YOGA Manager.

Main missions

Supervise and ensure the daily management of the yoga studio.

Plan, organize and manage the schedule of classes, workshops, retreats and events.

Mentor and support yoga teachers and studio staff, promoting their continuous development.

Guarantee the quality and consistency of the services offered, in accordance with the hotel's standards.

Welcoming customers, meeting their needs and ensuring a personalized follow-up of their experience.

Manage reservations, logistics and space occupancy.

Maintain the cleanliness, safety and order of the studio and equipment.

Monitor studio performance, analyze financial results, and contribute to revenue optimization.

Develop internal and external partnerships to promote the studio's activities.

Participate in communication and promotion (social networks, newsletters, events).

Ensure compliance with health, hygiene and safety standards.

Desired profile

Recognized diploma or certification in management, yoga or wellness.

Proven experience in running a yoga studio, wellness center or sports activities.

Yoga Certification (minimum 200 hours of training).

Administrative and financial management skills.

Proficiency in computer tools (MS Office, reservation systems).

Excellent communication skills in French and English (a third language is an asset).

Leadership, customer service, organization and planning.
