Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist clients in selecting jewelry pieces that suit their style, preferences, and occasions.
  • Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current jewelry trends, collections, and product features.
  • Ensure the visual merchandising of jewelry displays aligns with brand standards and attracts customer interest.
  • Handle sales transactions efficiently and accurately, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with team members to organize in-store events and promotions.
  • Manage inventory, including restocking, tagging, and ensuring product security.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and after-sales service professionally.
  • Stay informed about competitors and market trends to provide valuable insights to management.
