The key objectives for this role are:

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in subcontract administration, contract management, or commercial roles within the Oil & Gas, EPC, or major construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contract conditions, ADNOC standards, and EPC project execution procedures.
• Hands-on site-based experience managing E&I subcontractors, construction interfaces, and field-level coordination.
• Proficiency in subcontract administration processes, including variations, claims, change management, evaluations, and cost control.
• Solid understanding of E&I construction activities, work scopes, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills for dealing with subcontractors, vendors, and cross functional project teams.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills, with the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready records.
• Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Office (Excel, Word), ERP systems (SAP / Oracle) and document control systems.
• Knowledge of HSSE requirements, especially ADNOC or other major Oil & Gas operator safety standards.
• Ability to work under pressure on fast paced site environments, handling multiple subcontracts simultaneously.
