- Implement & configure Employee Central modules
- Manage employee data, workflows & integrations
- Support HR operations (onboarding, offboarding, compliance)
- Provide system support, troubleshooting & user training

Requirements:
- 8 10 years of experience in SuccessFactors EC
- Strong HR systems & processes knowledge
- Experience in configuration, reporting & data management
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
