Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day operations of the supermarket, ensuring peak efficiency, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate floor staff, department heads, and customer service teams to deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
- Commercial Drive: Achieve sales targets, monitor KPIs, implement promotional strategies, and minimize stock shrinkage/wastage.
- Inventory & Supply Chain: Supervise stock levels, ordering processes, and inventory control to guarantee product availability.
- Customer Excellence: Resolve customer grievances promptly and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of core experience in Supermarket or Hypermarket management.
- Qualification: - Any Bachelors Degree.
- Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of FMCG, fresh food management, merchandising, and retail P&L.
- Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and inventory management skills.
- Preference: Gulf (GCC) experience is highly preferred and will be an added advantage.
