Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Greet all passengers with a friendly and professional demeanor
  • Maintain a high level of customer service while implementing smooth trips to minimize the impact on guest satisfaction.
  • Communicates openly, motivates and inspires. Creates a positive work environment and manages team performance
  • Develops effective relationships, treats others with respect, demonstrates and sensitivity to diversity and harnesses differences
  • Focuses on the needs of the customer, drives the team to meet service levels and collaborates with other service providers to delight customers
  • Generate enthusiasm and have a positive attitude to change, seek opportunities to improve processes;
  • Ensuring trips are performed smoothly end-to-end for the Business class passengers.
  • Supervise and develop staff;
  • Deploy and schedule replacement of staff to cover emergency leave, injury, illness and training etc;
  • Deal with all cases of absence and late returns as per Company policy;
  • Report and escalate all damaged materials and equipment
  • Ensure staff are correctly dressed and groomed to organization standard
  • Leading the team and supporting the client on-site as required including reports
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and provide support as needed in the business arena.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, must be also fluent in either Hindi or Arabic
  • Age - 29-39 years
  • minimum 1 to 2 years airline Airport customer service experience
  • Aviation diploma or related, IATA qualifications preferred.
