Roles & Responsibilities
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Supervise all mechanical construction and installation activities at site
- Manage daily site execution as per project schedule
- Coordinate with engineering, QA/QC, safety, and planning departments
- Supervise manpower, subcontractors, and site activities
- Ensure installation of mechanical equipment as per approved drawings and specifications
- Monitor productivity and work progress
- Ensure compliance with project quality and safety standards
- Coordinate material availability and equipment requirements
- Attend daily progress and coordination meetings
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports
