Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Manage employee schedules, time-off requests, and performance evaluations, ensuring optimal staffing levels and fair treatment.
