Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the front office team (reception, reception, switchboard).
- Guarantee the quality of the welcome given to customers and visitors.
- Ensure schedule management, task allocation and performance monitoring.
- Manage customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Monitor the correct application of internal procedures and service standards.
- Excellent communication and customer relations skills.
- Organizational skills, leadership and team spirit.
- Good command of office tools and hotel management software (PMS).
- Ability to manage the unexpected and make quick decisions.
- My fluency in French and English (a third language is an asset).
