Roles & Responsibilities
The opportunity
EY Ripples is EY s global corporate responsibility program, empowering EY people to use their skills to support the UN Sustainable Development Goals. The program focuses on impact entrepreneurship, environmental sustainability, and developing the next-generation workforce.
As a Supervising Associate Corporate Responsibility, you will coordinate, manage, and deliver EY Ripples activities in Jordan while supporting the broader MENA region. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail oriented professional capable of managing multiple workstreams, building strong stakeholder relationships, and ensuring initiatives run smoothly in alignment with EY global standards.
Your key responsibilities
Program Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate and implement EY Ripples initiatives across Jordan, ensuring alignment with global and regional plans.
- Manage day to day execution of workshops, events, and community programs.
- Support planning cycles, timelines, and work plans with the Regional CR Lead.
Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact for NGOs, schools, universities, and community partners.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Talent, BD, Service Lines, and Markets.
- Maintain clear communication and alignment across teams to ensure successful outcomes.
Monitoring, Reporting & Data Management
- Track program KPIs, participation, and impact metrics using EY Ripples systems.
- Prepare progress updates, dashboards, and presentations for leadership.
- Support global and regional reporting cycles.
Employee Engagement & Communications
- Help promote EY Ripples activities internally to increase employee involvement.
- Coordinate volunteer campaigns, awareness sessions, and engagement activities.
- Contribute to newsletters, success stories, and communication materials.
Sustainability & Market Insights
- Stay updated on sustainability trends, SDG developments, and regional priorities.
- Support integration of sustainability principles into firmwide programs and initiatives.

- Analytical skills to track KPIs and prepare reports

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Sustainability, Social Sciences, Environmental Studies, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in corporate responsibility, sustainability, ESG, or community engagement
- Experience working with NGOs, educational institutions, or public-sector partners
- Strong presentation and reporting skills
