Supervising Associate - Talent Onboarding & Pre-Joining Specialist Ernst & Young AE

As a Supervising Associate within our Pre-Joining and Onboarding team, you will play a critical role in delivering a seamless and compliant pre-joining experience for new hires across the MENA region. You will act as a key advisor to candidates and internal stakeholders, ensuring smooth navigation through immigration, relocation, and onboarding processes while upholding EY s standards of excellence and compliance.

Your key responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new joiners, providing timely and accurate guidance throughout the pre-joining process
• Manage and oversee end-to-end immigration processes, including complex and sensitive cases
• Coordinate documentation for residency, medicals, pensions, and onboarding requirements
• Collaborate with Recruitment, HR, IT, and stakeholders to ensure smooth onboarding
• Monitor risks, delays, and escalate where required
• Maintain confidentiality and data accuracy
• Provide local immigration expertise across MENA
• Support team members in complex cases
• Enhance new joiner experience aligned with EY EVP
• Contribute to process improvements
