Supervisor (M/F) - Agadir - German - English - Experienced
Your mission
As a supervisor, you ensure the smooth running of the project through the following tasks:
- Ensure the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives
- Managing a team of customer advisors: coaching, holding regular individual meetings and team meetings, implementing support plans for low performers, administrative management (leave, absences, lateness, etc.)...
- Ensures the availability of resources and means of production necessary to maintain the flows
- Analysis of individual and collective performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Customer advisors will be assisted in handling calls if needed.
- Alert about problems that could impact production
- Ensures compliance with the client's processes and quality standards

Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for a talented individual who:
- Ideally, the candidate will hold a higher education qualification in management.
- My command of German and English is perfect.
- Must have at least 6 months of experience as a call center manager.
- It possesses analytical capabilities to understand and guide the achievement of objectives
- Has a sense of anticipation and is oriented towards customer satisfaction and solutions
- The ability to identify the difficulties faced by customer advisors and to implement the appropriate support plan.
- He is organized and rigorous
- He is known for his interpersonal skills.
- A sense of cost
- Is comfortable using office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
