Supervisor Customer Services

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the customer service team to ensure clients receive prompt, accurate, and professional support.

• Ensure all client complaints and escalated cases are handled efficiently and resolved within the agreed service levels.

• Monitor team performance indicators (response time, client satisfaction, resolutions) and prepare periodic performance reports.
• Ensure the accuracy of client data, forms, documents, and transaction requests in line with KMEFIC compliance and processing standards.

• Collaborate with Operations, Brokerage, Compliance, and IT departments to resolve client issues and streamline service processes.

• Ensure the customer service team follows CMA rules, KMEFIC policies, and internal audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree/higher diploma (preferably accounting , finance ,business administration and public relation )

Skills required:

• Computer literate (Microsoft application)
• Bilingual (Arabic and English reading and writing)
• Customer service oriented.
• Strong listening skills
• Good communication skills.

Experience:

• Minimum of 5 Years experience in Investment field
