Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure that cleaning Hygiene Standard in the diner, Counter, all area set and maintained as per HACCP Standard.
  • Check the expiry of the items before displaying
  • Conduct Training & Supervise his staff as per Training schedule.
  • Monitor day to day activities of counter server, mess boy, plan their work area and allocate job for them to ensure smooth services
  • Record the wastage and control food portion in order to minimize the left over.
  • Order and keep stock of Chemical, Disposable and other such items.
  • Identifying actual potential problems, near misses relating to HSEQ in the delivery of the products and services.
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement which may improve the service, make a job safer, improve protection of environment or enable a task to be performed more efficiently.
  • Ensuring a clean tidy workplace at all times through adequate housekeeping.
  • Immediately report any unsafe or unhealthy condition to his line supervisor/manager.
  • Report any incident that could affect the health or which has caused or can cause an injury to his line Supervisors/managers immediately.
