Roles & Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Oversee and support the service team during daily operations in your assigned area, ensuring seamless and efficient service.
  • Deliver personalized and attentive service, anticipating guest needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
  • Assist in coordinating and organizing team tasks to maintain a smooth workflow and consistent service standards.
  • Provide guidance and on the job training to colleagues on service techniques, presentation, and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with the kitchen and other departments to ensure proper timing and coordination of service.
  • Handle guest requests and feedback with professionalism, resolving any issues promptly and effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with operational procedures, hygiene protocols, and safety standards.
  • Monitor the setup, cleanliness, and overall readiness of the service area before, during, and after service.
  • Assist in controlling inventory, supplies, and equipment related to the outlet s operations.
  • Support the management team in implementing service improvements and maintaining brand standards.

What You Bring

  • Previous experience in Food & Beverage service, ideally in a senior waiter or section leader role.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to lead by example.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • A guest focused mindset and the ability to deliver intuitive, anticipatory service.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining composure and professionalism.
  • Good knowledge of service techniques, menu items, and operational procedures.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High level of spoken and written proficiency in English and French.
