Roles & Responsibilities

  • Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of all food service equipment, ensuring optimal functionality and operational efficiency.

  • Manage and train a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations to foster a skilled and motivated workforce.

  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules, adhering to industry best practices and manufacturer recommendations.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Possesses a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, demonstrating a foundational understanding of equipment mechanics.
  • Holds relevant certifications in food service equipment repair and maintenance, showcasing specialized knowledge and expertise.
  • Boasts a minimum of 5 years of experience in the food service equipment industry, providing a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrates a preference for candidates with experience in a hotel or restaurant environment, highlighting industry-specific knowledge.
