Role & responsibilities

Supervisor - HVAC Commissioning : Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in the installation, testing, pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operation of large-scale heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes working with chillers, HVAC equipment, cooling towers, piping, and building management systems (BMS). The candidate will be responsible for maintaining all relevant records related to pre-commissioning and commissioning activities and ensuring that these activities are carried out in accordance with applicable industry standards.

HVAC Supervisor : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 5+ years of experience in HVAC site execution. Must have hands-on experience in large-scale projects such as hotels, hospitals, residential, and commercial complexes. Proven expertise in installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, with the ability to manage manpower, materials, and site progress effectively.

Sr. Electrical Draughtsman : Diploma or ITI in Electrical Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in preparing detailed electrical drawings for large-scale MEP projects such as high-rise buildings, hotels, hospitals, residential, and commercial complexes. Must be proficient in AutoCAD and have hands-on experience with Revit/BIM for coordinated MEP modeling. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and multi-discipline coordination is essential. Having design knowledge is an added advantage.

Foreman - Ducting : ITI in Mechanical or relevant trade with 10+ years of experience in duct fabrication, installation, and erection on large HVAC projects, including commercial, residential, hospital, or hotel buildings. Strong hands-on knowledge of ducting materials, layout, and site safety is essential.

Foreman - Electrical Store : ITI in Electrical or related trade with 10+ years of experience in managing electrical stores at MEP or construction project sites. Should have sound knowledge of electrical materials, tools, and equipment used in large-scale building services projects.

Foreman Plumbing : ITI in any of the above disciplines with 10+ hands-on experience in site construction of large hotels, hospitals, residential, commercial, and industrial complexes with high quality construction standards. Expertise in Plumbing & Fire Fighting and ability to manage men, material, and site progress essential. Candidates without formal qualification but possessing relevant field experience may also apply
