Hiring: Operations Supervisor Logistics / Transport

We are looking for an experienced Operations Supervisor to manage day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring smooth transportation, supply chain efficiency, and timely project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist Operations Manager in field project execution
Manage daily transport schedules, routes, and deliveries
Track shipments and ensure timely transportation
Oversee supply chain, warehouse, and inventory operations
Coordinate with freight forwarders for smooth international shipments
Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
Ensure proper updates for planning and operational improvements
Lead and guide teams, ensuring productivity and coordination
Handle port-related operations and government portal processes
Maintain professionalism in all client and team interactions

Requirements:

Bachelor s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5+ years of experience in transport/logistics operations
Strong knowledge of supply chain, warehouse & shipping operations
Experience in port operations preferred
Familiarity with Government portals and documentation processes
Experience in GCC projects is an advantage
Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
