Hydrojetting Supervisor Industrial Services

Job Purpose

The Hydrojetting Supervisor is responsible for supervising and controlling high-pressure

water jetting and industrial cleaning operations, ensuring all activities are executed safely,

efficiently, and in compliance with approved procedures, permits, and client

requirements. The role includes leading site crews, coordinating with stakeholders, and

ensuring quality, safety, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise hydrojetting activities such as line cleaning, exchanger cleaning, vessel

cleaning, tank cleaning, and surface preparation.

• Supervise Super sucker activities for waste transportation and disposal.
• Experienced in handling multiple crews on site.
• Plan daily work activities, manpower, tools, and equipment to meet job schedules.
• Ensure correct setup, operation, and shutdown of hydrojetting and vacuum truck

equipment.

• Enforce strict compliance with hydrojetting and vacuuming safety procedures,

permits, JSAs, and PPE requirements.

• Conduct toolbox talks and ensure hazard controls are implemented before job start.
• Stop unsafe work and report incidents, near misses, or hazards immediately.
• Lead and control crews, ensuring discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
• Provide clear instructions and on-job technical guidance to operators.
• Coordinate with client representatives, permit receivers, and other site teams

during execution.

• Communicate job progress, issues, and completion status clearly and

professionally.

• Prepare and submit daily job reports, service reports, and timesheets.
