Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and control all sites under your responsibility
- Ensure the proper application of safety instructions and internal procedures
- To manage and supervise the agents (organized into brigades)
- Conduct regular inspection rounds
- Respond to incidents and report to management
- Ensuring continuity and quality of service.
Desired Candidate Profile
Resident of Algiers
Former member of the security forces (police or gendarmerie) preferred
Experience in a security company required
Motorcycle and vehicle driving license required
Sense of organization, rigor and responsiveness
Good team management and communication skills
