Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Ensure regular monitoring of suppliers (quality, delivery times, product conformity).
- D. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
- Control the entry and exit of goods in stores.
- Supervise the management of the general store and employer stores.
- Ensure the application of stock management procedures (FIFO, inventories, etc.).
- Organize and monitor periodic inventories.
- Identify stock discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
- Ensure the availability of the products necessary for the different services.
- Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, production).
- Ensure compliance with safety and storage rules.
- Experience in a similar position.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, ERP).
- Sense of organization and rigor.
- Good interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
