Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Ensure regular monitoring of suppliers (quality, delivery times, product conformity).
  • D. Develop and maintain good relationships with suppliers.
  • Control the entry and exit of goods in stores.
  • Supervise the management of the general store and employer stores.
  • Ensure the application of stock management procedures (FIFO, inventories, etc.).
  • Organize and monitor periodic inventories.
  • Identify stock discrepancies and propose corrective actions.
  • Ensure the availability of the products necessary for the different services.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (purchasing, logistics, production).
  • Ensure compliance with safety and storage rules.

  • Experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
  • Proficiency in computer tools (Excel, ERP).
  • Sense of organization and rigor.
  • Good interpersonal skills and negotiation abilities.
