Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Supervise and recruit teams (pre-salespeople, post-salespeople, drivers).
- Accompanying salespeople in the field and ensuring their training.
- To develop the client portfolio and increase revenue.
- Plan routes and optimize distribution areas.
- Monitor performance and prepare daily/weekly reports.
- Ensure product availability and manage returns/stockouts.
- Maintaining an excellent relationship with strategic clients.
Mandatory experience in food distribution (FMCG).
- Leadership, organization and good communication.
- Ability to solve problems in the field.
- Mastery of sales and negotiation techniques.
- Valid driver's license.
