About the Role:

KILONEWTONS is seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects in Amman, Jordan. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction supervision, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring work is carried out according to plans and specifications.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
Manage subcontractors, foremen, and labor teams, ensuring efficient coordination and productivity.
Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve safety, quality, or logistical issues.
Enforce strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies and local regulations.
Review and interpret construction drawings, BOQs, and method statements.
Liaise with engineers, project managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate site records.
Troubleshoot on-site challenges and implement effective solutions to minimize delays.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5+ years of proven experience in construction supervision (buildings, infrastructure, or industrial projects).
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, QA/QC processes, and safety protocols.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera P6, or other project management software.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, contracts, and specifications.
Familiarity with international construction standards (BS, ASTM, etc.).
