Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations
- Lead kitchen, sandwich line & cashier teams
- Scheduling + attendance
- Ensure standards, hygiene & portioning
- Inventory follow-up
- Handle complaints & cash reconciliation
- Report daily to Operations Manager
Desired Candidate Profile
2+ years supervisory experience
- Leadership & communication skills
- POS knowledge
- Can multitask & work under pressure
- Preferably from Mansourieh/nearby
