Roles & Responsibilities

Supervise and guide cleaning staff during daily operations

  • Inspect completed work to ensure quality and safety standards
  • Assign tasks, prepare duty rosters, and manage staff schedules
  • Train and support staff on cleaning techniques and safety practices
  • Report operational issues and provide improvement recommendations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and management

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience: 2 3 years in a similar supervisory role (cleaning industry)

License: Valid driving license

Language: Arabic or English
