Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day site activities across multiple disciplines.
• Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, procedures, and project specifications.
• Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and other teams for smooth workflow.
• Monitor welding, piping installation, rigging operations, and bolt torquing activities.
• Ensure proper scaffolding erection, inspection, and usage.
• Oversee material handling, storage, and logistics coordination.
• Implement and enforce QA/QC standards and inspection requirements.
• Ensure strict adherence to HSE policies and safety regulations.
• Conduct toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inspections.
• Maintain daily progress reports and documentation.
• Identify and resolve site issues to avoid delays and rework.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in Oil & Gas / Refinery / Petrochemical projects.
• Gulf/Middle East project experience preferred.
