Supervisor – Rigging/ Lifting Experience Al Habari Group

We are seeking a Supervisor – Rigging/Lifting experience will oversee and execute all rigging and lifting operations, ensuring compliance with safety standards and approved procedures. The role involves leading site teams, coordinating with project stakeholders, and maintaining efficient, safe operations across steel manufacturing and oil & gas projects.

• Supervise and execute all rigging and lifting activities in compliance with approved lifting plans.

• Lead and manage rigging crews to ensure safe and efficient operations.

• Inspect lifting gear, tools, and equipment prior to use.

• Coordinate with crane operators, engineers, and site teams for smooth execution.

• Ensure adherence to HSE standards and company safety policies.

• Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings.

• Identify risks and implement corrective actions proactively.

• Maintain records of lifting operations, inspections, and permits.

• Strong knowledge of rigging techniques, lifting equipment, and safety standards.

• Proven supervisory and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage site operations effectively.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Relevant rigging/lifting certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Profile:

• Experience working in GCC projects with multicultural teams.

• Candidates from South India is preferred for this role.

• Candidates currently available in Qatar with transferable sponsorship are preferred.
