Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Drive sales team performance by setting clear targets and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly goals.
- Conduct regular sales training sessions, focusing on product knowledge, objection handling, and closing techniques to improve team proficiency.
- Monitor sales activities and results, providing real-time feedback and coaching to individuals to enhance their performance.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to maximize revenue.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possess a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Hold a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exhibit strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse sales team.
