Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Supervisor (Muallim) to act as the key link between customers and the production team for one of our fashion design client based in Qatar. The role involves managing customer orders, coordinating with cutters and tailors, and ensuring final garments meet exact customer specifications. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive customer orders and clearly understand all requirements
• Communicate order details to Master Cutter and tailoring team
• Follow up with tailors to ensure accurate stitching as per design
• Ensure all modifications are applied correctly (buttons, pleats, padding, fabric changes, etc.)
• Verify that final products match customer expectations exactly
• Maintain smooth coordination between sales and production teams

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong understanding of garment production (abaya experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Must speak Arabic clearly and understandably
