Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Plan and manage the daily scanning schedule and route optimization for the team across assigned areas.

Lead, coach, and supervise scanners on-ground while monitoring attendance, productivity, and KPIs.

Build and maintain structured operational trackers and dashboards using Google Sheets and Excel for performance monitoring, audits, attendance, productivity, and scanning coverage.

Analyze operational performance and provide action plans to improve scanning efficiency, accuracy, and execution quality.

Conduct regular audits to ensure scanned data accuracy, content quality, pricing accuracy, and catalog completeness.

Ensure supermarkets and pharmacy content is accurate, updated, and aligned with operational standards.

Manage item creation, updates, and maintenance based on scanning inflow and business requirements.

Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and improve execution.

Prepare structured reports and insights for management regarding team performance, gaps, operational challenges, and improvement opportunities.

Develop and maintain strong product knowledge across supermarket and pharmacy categories.

Support additional operational projects and collaborate with other departments when needed.

Perform regular field visits and ensure compliance with the planned scanning schedule and quality standards.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum 3+ years of experience in supermarkets, pharmacies, FMCG, retail operations, or related field operations.

Minimum 2+ years of experience managing blue-collar teams and field operations.

Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, including formulas, reporting, dashboards, pivot tables, tracking systems, and data analysis.

Strong experience in people management, team coaching, scheduling, and performance management.

Experience working on-ground and handling field operational challenges.

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create operational action plans and operational improvement initiatives.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Good reporting, presentation, and operational follow-up skills.

Intermediate English communication skills.

Experience in pharmacy and supermarket operations is highly preferred.
