Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Supervisor** to lead shift operations in the **SAP & PAP production departments**. The Supervisor will oversee production activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimize operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate shift operations in the SAP & PAP production departments to achieve production targets and quality goals.
- Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and product quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Lead and motivate a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
- Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the SAP and PAP acid production industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in SAP operations.
- Experience with safety and quality compliance in production environments.
- Native Arabic speaker.
- Excellent command of English.
