Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a skilled and proactive **Supervisor** to lead shift operations in the **SAP & PAP production departments**. The Supervisor will oversee production activities, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and optimize operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise and coordinate shift operations in the SAP & PAP production departments to achieve production targets and quality goals.
  2. Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and product quality to ensure adherence to specifications.
  3. Lead and motivate a team of production operators, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
  4. Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.
  5. Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams to address equipment issues and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
  6. Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with regulations.
  7. Optimize production schedules and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
  8. Prepare production reports, analyze performance metrics, and recommend process improvements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the SAP and PAP acid production industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Proficiency in SAP operations.

- Experience with safety and quality compliance in production environments.

- Native Arabic speaker.

- Excellent command of English.
