Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day operations of HR Talent Acquisitions by ensuring all vacant positions are filled within the time frame by providing guidance, encouraging teamwork, and facilitating related professional work processes.
  • Advise the management of change and proactively lead the change through continuous improvement of functional systems, processes, and practices as per industry standards and best practices.
  • Oversee recruitment and hiring activities including recruiting, interviewing, and hiring direct hires and supplementary manpower staff as per budget plan and approved organization chart.
  • Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to enable successful delivery of Company recruitment and hiring goals and objectives.
  • Work with hiring managers to anticipate future hiring needs and plan for those needs to develop a recruitment and hiring strategy.
  • Ensure fair and consistent treatment of applicants and candidates during the recruitment and hiring process
  • Inform hiring managers of market data, recruitment efforts and tools when necessary.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or related majors to the field.
  • Minimum 9 years of professional experience within staffing and recruitment.
  • Professional HR Certificate is preferred.

Skills:

  • Ability to plan, direct, and coordinate all the manpower planning and recruitment activities
  • Business principles involved in strategic planning, leadership, and coordinating people and resources.
  • Experience in developing short and long-term strategies.
  • Excellent Understanding of government policy and context.
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Excellent Analytical and system thinking skills.
  • Effective Leadership and empowerment skills.
  • Ability of synthesis and filter a broad range of information.
  • Exceptional communications skills.
