Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Supervisor / Team Leader with strong leadership skills and the ability to guide a team, uphold standards, and drive consistent operational performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Supervise and guide team members to achieve daily operational targets. Monitor performance and provide on-the-job coaching and feedback. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate scheduling, task assignments, and shift handovers. Handle escalated customer or operational issues effectively. Coordinate with management on workflow and targets. Prepare operational reports and share updates with management. - Relevant industry experience is an advantage.
- Reliable, professional, and results-oriented.
