Job Overview:

Here's your chance to step into the role of Supervisor - Technician at Green Planet. In this position, you'll take on key responsibilities that include:

  • Perform regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs on the whole of The Green Planet for all systems related to maintenance and update Maintenance Management accordingly.
  • Lead the team Troubleshoot of any issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate solutions.
  • Lead the team to Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Lead the Inspection with the team and maintain the MEP and other technical aspects of the facility related systems for The Green Planet.
  • Lead the team to monitor and maintain the overall cleanliness, functionality, and safety of the whole of The Green Planet for all systems related to maintenance and update Maintenance Management accordingly.
  • Lead the team to generate reports on equipment performance, maintenance schedules, and incident logs.
  • Lead the team to Identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions to improve operational efficiency.
  • Lead the team to conduct regular inspections to identify potential safety hazards and take appropriate corrective actions.
  • Lead the team to adhere to safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
  • Collaborate with maintenance management to develop maintenance strategies and budget proposals.

Desired Candidate Profile

The preferred candidate for this role should possess the following experience and credentials:

  • Bachelor s Degree / Diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Friendly Guest disposition.
  • Proven experience and strong knowledge in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of MEP/LSS/AVLS systems and the basic MEP/LSS/AVLS parts.
  • Strong knowledge for use of Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, AutoCAD etc. and good data/document control.
  • Adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and best practices to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in conducting routine inspections, servicing, and preventive maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns
