Supervisor Warehouse

Client of NOK for Human Capital

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily warehouse operations (receiving, storing, picking, and shipping)
• Ensure accurate inventory management and system updates (ERP/WMS)
• Assign tasks and monitor the performance of warehouse staff
• Maintain proper storage conditions and organization of goods
• Conduct routine stock counts and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies
• Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams
• Monitor inbound and outbound shipments
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on warehouse activities
• Handle operational issues and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma (Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field preferred)
• 3 5 years of experience in warehouse operations
• Previous supervisory experience is a plus
• Knowledge of inventory systems (ERP/WMS)
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Basic computer skills (especially Excel)

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with warehouse KPIs
• Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
