Roles & Responsibilities
What you ll do:
- Onboard and verify suppliers (documents, KYC, account setup).
- Act as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with business needs and strategic goals.
- Analyze market trends and supplier data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
- Coordinate logistics and support export operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Help suppliers improve operations and maximize sales.
- Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.
1 3 years of experience in vendor management, account management, or supply chain.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a (must).
