Roles & Responsibilities

What you ll do:

  • Onboard and verify suppliers (documents, KYC, account setup).
  • Act as the primary point of contact for supplier inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor supplier performance metrics and provide regular feedback to drive continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier capabilities with business needs and strategic goals.
  • Analyze market trends and supplier data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization
  • Coordinate logistics and support export operations to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Help suppliers improve operations and maximize sales.
  • Prepare performance reports and suggest improvements.

1 3 years of experience in vendor management, account management, or supply chain.

Knowledge of e-commerce platforms is a (must).
