Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Communicate with suppliers regarding orders, listings, and updates.
Ensure supplier data and product information are accurate.
Resolve supplier issues and report system bugs or bottlenecks.
Guide suppliers through system registration and product uploads.
Provide supplier training sessions.
Desired Candidate Profile
Education: Bachelor's degree in business or E-commerce Management.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in supplier operations or e-commerce onboarding.
Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Knowledge of Excel, CRM, and content management tools.
