Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Manage supplier quality and be the Focal Point between Safran nacelles and Suppliers
Ensure the application of Safran Nacelle requirements towards suppliers:
Set up system and product quality assurance plans with suppliers
Have the compliance matrices signed to GRP0087 and BQR0003
Manage the continuous improvement plan:
Launch, manage, participate in the 8D suppliers in case of escape
Analyze internal and external non-compliance of suppliers
Monitor supplier performance (Scorecard)
Initiate, deploy and finalize the CDQR processes
Deploy the PVI and train suppliers
Deploy the AMDEC methodology
Initiate, participate in, deploy the cosmetic notebooks and control range
Deploy the DVI Delegations, etc.
Involve the supplier in case of supplier crisis (chain blockage, etc.)
Deploy a monitoring plan according to GRP0158
Participate in the CLE Assessment and contribute to the evaluation of suppliers
Participate in the performance review according to the classification
Have quality commitments signed,
Plan and carry out Product / Process audits
Implement a governance policy on impacting suppliers
Implement eradication plans on targeted suppliers
Monitor steering indicators
Monitor indicators: PPM/CNQ/DAC / Action plans /8D/ prison commission; Participate in the re-invoicing of Non-Quality
Analyze the scorecard and share it; Monitor supplier DACs
Deal with internal supplier non-conformities (Z4/Z3/Z9), monitor action plans and their causal analysis
Handle complex disputes; Validate supplier PVIs.
Job Requirements
• Engineer / BAC+5 with more than 5 years of experience
• Good knowledge of quality tools (8D, AMDEC, MSP, APQP)
• Knowledge of audit techniques
• Cross-functional management
• Communication and team spirit
• Proactivity and initiative
