We are seeking a hands-on Supply Acquisition to join our team and lead the on-ground supply acquisition team responsible for recruiting and onboarding couriers to support daily operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute courier acquisition strategies to meet daily and peak demand targets

• Monitor courier supply metrics (active couriers, churn, utilization, onboarding funnel)

• Coach, motivate, and performance-manage the supply team in the field

• Manage the on-ground supply acquisition team responsible for courier recruitment

• Oversee end-to-end courier onboarding, including document verification and activation

• Ensure adequate courier availability across assigned zones and shifts

• Coordinate closely with operations, fleet, and training teams

• Identify supply gaps, attrition risks, and implement retention initiatives

• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations

• Prepare regular reports on supply performance and acquisition results

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent practical experience

• 3-5 years of experience in Supply acquisition, field operations, or supply management

• Proven experience leading on-ground or field teams

• Strong understanding of last-mile logistics or delivery operations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs
