Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating procurement, inventory, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with the internal departments to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Support purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams with daily activities.

Documentation Management:

  • Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, insurance, and related compliance forms.
  • Ensure all documentation meets local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., Incoterms, etc).
  • Handle and coordinate document approvals and signatures.

System & Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate records in ERP or supply chain systems.
  • Track shipments, update status reports, and maintain logs for inventory movements and vendor compliance.
  • Generate periodic reports on shipments, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

Compliance & Communication:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Communicate/coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies or delays.

Desired Candidate Profile

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

3 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain administration and documentation.

Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, shipping terms (Incoterms), and trade compliance.

Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) is a plus.

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents

Analytical Skills and Supply Chain Management

Procurement and Customer Service experience

Strong Communication skills

Proficiency in supply chain software and tools

Experience in an import/export or logistics environment.
