Roles & Responsibilities

Supply Chain Coordination:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating procurement, inventory, and delivery schedules.
  • Collaborate with the internal departments to ensure smooth and timely operations.
  • Support purchasing, warehouse, and logistics teams with daily activities.

Documentation Management:

  • Prepare and review shipping and customs documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, insurance, and related compliance forms.
  • Ensure all documentation meets local and international regulatory requirements (e.g., Incoterms, etc).
  • Handle and coordinate document approvals and signatures.

System & Record Maintenance:

  • Maintain accurate records in ERP or supply chain systems.
  • Track shipments, update status reports, and maintain logs for inventory movements and vendor compliance.
  • Generate periodic reports on shipments, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

Compliance & Communication:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Communicate/coordinate with departments to resolve discrepancies or delays.

  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents

Desired Candidate Profile

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 3 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain administration and documentation.
  • Strong knowledge of import/export documentation, shipping terms (Incoterms), and trade compliance.
  • Experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Odoo) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
