Job Summary

Supply Chain Coordinator supports the Supply Chain function by managing the data entry and coordination activities required for successful completion of transactions.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry

  • Receives the sales requests from sales team and enter the data into the system for generating invoices
  • Cancel the invalid sales orders from the supervisor to update into the ERP system along with relevant notes
  • Print invoices according to daily loading capacity and handover to distribution officer for arranging delivery to customers
  • Keep track of the delivery status by coordinating with warehouse and logistics team
  • Update sales team on the customer orders status and inform them about any unforeseen delays.
  • Support the sales team for sales reporting and documentation.
  • Report any system submission issue to IT Team immediately.

Order Processing Support

  • Check inventory levels after receiving the order and request stock from other warehouses if required to complete the order
  • Insure the availability of costumer PO and sales request.
  • Validate the price of sales order and costumer PO to ensure that it is same as the price on the ERP system
  • Coordinate with warehouse and sales team to ensure timely arrangement of stock.
