Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description
Integrate new programs into S&OP and MPS (workload not yet integrated into CBN)
Ensure communication with the customer supplier is done for the quality of the demand as well as the provision of commitments
Ensure the monitoring of critical items (with direct impact on the schedule) and lead the associated task forces with the supplier, the program purchase, and the PM
Express needs outside CBN, in particular for long lead time items (P/N, quantities and lead time), analyze the associated risks, draw up and follow the PDCAs allowing the supply on M3
Propose the parameters for the items purchased in accordance with the stock policy and taking into account the risks associated with the project
Monitor the coverage rates and any stockouts and draw up the associated PDCAs
Validate the industrial diagram proposed by the industrial project manager for the distribution of the levels of the OFs and the work centers (at start-up).
Ensure that the need expressed on M3, purchased items, and parameters are strictly in accordance with the stock policy.
Identify new flows (import and export) and ensure their implementation.
Identify internal storage, transport/handling, and packaging capacity needs.
Define supply chain costs during the development phase and centralize them. Manage
