Strategic Supply Chain Leadership

• Develop and execute the group s supply chain strategy aligned with corporate goals and business growth plans.
• Lead supply chain operations across all subsidiaries, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and process alignment.
• Drive performance excellence through KPI management, risk mitigation, and strategic decision-making.

Procurement & Vendor Management

• Oversee strategic sourcing of raw materials, packaging, and indirect supplies to ensure consistent quality and cost efficiency.
• Establish supplier evaluation and development systems while maintaining strong partnerships with local and international vendors.
• Negotiate long-term contracts and agreements to secure favorable pricing and continuity of supply.

Planning & Inventory Optimization

• Lead demand forecasting, production planning, and inventory control to maintain balance between supply and customer demand.
• Implement best practices in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) across all business units.
• Ensure optimal inventory turnover while minimizing waste, obsolescence, and working capital.

Logistics, Warehousing & Distribution

• Oversee logistics, fleet, and warehousing operations to ensure timely, accurate, and cost-effective product delivery.
• Implement advanced systems for distribution planning, order fulfillment, and route optimization.
• Manage import/export operations and ensure compliance with customs and international trade regulations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with Finance, Sales, Production, and Quality teams to ensure full alignment between supply, demand, and manufacturing capacity.
• Support the group s expansion strategy through network optimization, capacity planning, and strategic sourcing.
