Develop and implement a robust supply chain strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.

• Conduct demand planning and forecasting to ensure optimal inventory levels and avoid stockouts or excess inventory.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the supply chain function (e.g., cost per unit, lead time, stock turnover).
• Oversee all purchasing activities and develop sourcing strategies to secure materials and services at the best possible value.
• Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers and vendors to achieve favorable agreements.
• Build and maintain strong, reliable relationships with key local and international suppliers.
• Monitor supplier performance against quality, cost, and delivery standards.
• Implement effective inventory control procedures to ensure accuracy and minimize loss (damage, obsolescence).
• Manage warehouse operations, ensuring efficient storage, material handling, and adherence to safety standards.
• Optimize stock levels by setting minimum and maximum stock quantities and reorder points.
• Coordinate and manage transportation and logistics networks to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Oversee the processing of customs documentation, shipping manifests, and import compliance (where applicable).
• Identify optimal shipping routes and methods to reduce transit time and freight costs.
• Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks (e.g., supply disruptions, political instability, price volatility).
• Ensure all supply chain activities comply with legal regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
• Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of the supply chain and logistics team members.

• Bachelor s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Proven experience with ERP/SCM software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics)
