Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient procurement, warehousing, and distribution of F&B products.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to optimize inventory levels across multiple warehouses and delivery points.
- Monitor and analyze supply chain performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
- Manage logistics for timely and accurate delivery to retail, food-service, and online customers.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, sub-distributors, and logistics providers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the supply chain.
- Collaborate with sales and procurement teams to forecast demand and align supply chain activities with business objectives.
- Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on supply chain activities, inventory status, and key performance indicators.
- Support the integration of new product lines and distribution channels, including plant-based and retail offerings.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of proven experience in supply chain, logistics, or related roles within the F&B or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management, and distribution logistics.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple warehouses and delivery operations.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills for dealing with suppliers and partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and operational challenges.
