Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including demand planning, procurement, warehousing, and logistics.
Ensure accurate forecasting and maintain optimal stock availability across all channels.
Manage 3PL logistics partners, monitor transportation performance, delivery KPIs, and drive cost efficiency.
Maintain inventory health, monitor stock aging, and minimize write-offs.
Lead import processes, customs clearance, and supplier coordination.
Improve processes, systems, and SOPs to enhance speed, accuracy, and cost control.
Provide timely and accurate reporting on supply chain KPIs, stock levels, and operational performance.
Collaborate with commercial, finance, and operations teams to align supply chain strategies with business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 5 years of experience in FMCG supply chain and logistics management.
Strong expertise in demand planning, inventory management, and 3PL coordination.
Proven ability to optimize processes and manage cost efficiencies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Familiarity with import/export regulations and customs clearance processes.
