Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company objectives, enhance efficiency, and reduce costs.

• Oversee warehouse operations, ensuring accurate stock management, and timely order fulfillment.
• Manage logistics operations, including transportation and delivery, to ensure products are delivered accurately and on time to retail locations and customers.
• Direct the distribution process, coordinating with retail and wholesale channels to optimize product availability and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to negotiate contracts, improve supply chain processes, and maintain high-quality standards.
• Implement and utilize advanced supply chain management software and systems for better visibility and control.
• Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement improvements where necessary.
• Lead, train, and develop a team of supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with local, national, and international supply chain and logistics regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with other departments, such as operations, purchase, HR, and finance, to align supply chain operations with broader company goals.
• Build relationships within the company and with external parties, such as suppliers or distributors.
• Read and comprehend legal documents, such as contracts or import/export agreements.
• Collaborate with others from diverse backgrounds in order to identify problems and find solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor strategies, and potential supply chain disruptions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs. Conducting product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors with regards to local purchases.
• Sourcing local materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
